THE HOOSIER Pork Sandwich IS BACK!

First off, a HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by last week and gave our Indiana Pork Tenderloin Sandwich a try.

We honestly didn't know how these would go…

YOU SOLD US OUT! !

All of our tenderloins were gone in our first week serving them! That's pretty damn incredible, and we appreciate every single person who gave this one a shot.

So what exactly are we serving?

We start with a tender, thin-cut pork loin, pound it out nice and thin, then coat it in a crunchy cornflake crust seasoned with just the right amount of savory seasoning. Then it's fried until that coating is golden, crispy and crunchy, while the pork inside stays tender and juicy.

Then we do it the Roost way.

That big, crispy tenderloin gets tucked into one of our classic toasted pretzel buns, then topped with fresh diced onions, crisp pickles and yellow mustard.

That salty, crunchy, tangy combination with the warm toasted pretzel bun and that BIG crispy pork tenderloin…

Oh, it's a GOOD one.

And the best news?

WE'RE RESTOCKED AND READY TO SERVE!

We’re trying something new! (Limited time) Come get one while you can. They are so good!

Pork loin gets pounded thin, coated in crunchy crushed cornflakes, and fried up crispy, then topped with fresh onion + yellow mustard and served on our grilled pretzel bun, because of course it does.. And yes, it comes with fries.

But there’s a little more to the name…
Candi is a Hoosier herself. Born and raised in Indiana, so there’s a little family pride riding on this one.

These better be good, her mom and dad might be disappointed otherwise. And nobody needs that kind of pressure on a Sunday.
