Well… today got a little wild.
Local creator Dominic Korinis and his son stopped by The Roost today and went ALL IN — cheesesteaks, pancakes, hotdogs, pretzel bites, s’mores bowl… pretty much the whole lineup.
And somewhere between the first bite and the last, we may have changed their minds about pretzel buns forever.
Funny enough, today also turned into the busiest Wednesday we’ve ever had. Coincidence? Maybe. 👀

Happy Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Today we remember the men and women who gave everything for this country and the freedoms we get to enjoy every day. Small towns like ours were built on the backs of hardworking folks and brave service members, and we don’t forget that.
