The pulse quickens, the excitement mounts as the clock ticks down to the ultimate moment: the final countdown to register for awesome GeoWoodstock XX swag!

But heed the urgent call, for the last few packages of GWXX swag are slipping away like sand through the hourglass.

Registration closes overnight tonight, so get your goods before they’re gone!

There are just 66 hours left to register for GeoWoodstock XX, the largest geocaching event of 2024 worldwide!

This is your last chance to get awesome SwagBags ranging from a free name badge and welcome packet through the Whole Enchilada that comes with everything GWXX has to offer! Limited quantities of each SwagBag are available on the GeoWoodstock website: https://geowoodstock.com/shop/

The GeoWoodstock festivities kick off with Early Bird Gets the Axe on May 18, the first of 11 side-events, each with its own trackable tag available at the respective side-event for $10 cash until sold out.

The fun continues with the Welcome to Flagstaff meet-n-greet on May 22, followed by GeoWoodstock Express with an optional round-trip train ride to the Grand Canyon and Get Your Kicks for an evening of bowling on May 23.

Next up is Two Miles High at 9,500’ with an optional gondola ride to 11,500’ of elevation and Pints in the Pines for a GWXX pre-party on May 24.

The GeoWoodstock XX Mega-event is a daylong celebration (with 10 geocoins and three trackable tags of its own!) on May 25 along with Midnight Madness, which has trackable trading and live music until the clock strikes 12!

On May 26, we’ll give back to the Flagstaff community with the Keep Flagstaff Clean CITO and then go Standin’ on THE Corner where the inspiration for one of the most famous songs of the 1970s actually occurred.

We’ll then say Farewell to Flagstaff on May 27 with a breakfast on your way home.

A week later on June 1 there’s Has the Dust Settled Yet? for the last to leave here and those lucky to live here.

Keep in mind, side-event trackable tags are only available at their respective side-events and included in the Whole Enchilada SwagBag.

While you’re in town, be sure to reserve some time for one of the rarest icons in geocaching: the GPS Adventures Maze! The Maze even has three trackables of its own available! Maze details will be available when the page publishes on the geocaching website.

Of course, you can still attend the Mega-event after the registration deadline. Simply log your Will Attend – https://coord.info/GCA6GW6 – and show up! You’ll miss out on the custom name badge (along with the local discounts you receive by showing it) as well as the welcome packet with event games, but you’ll still get to enjoy the day’s activities at GeoWoodstock XX!
