❄️👻 DON’T LET THE COLD KEEP YOU OUT OF BROADWELL 👻❄️

We know once the temperatures start dropping, paranormal investigations can become a little harder to plan. Spending hours inside an old building when the temperatures outside are freezing isn’t exactly everyone’s idea of a good night of investigating. 🥶🔦

But here at Broadwell Funeral Home, the spirits don't seem to care what season it is… and neither do we. 😉

For the winter months, we have heat available on both the first and second floors of Broadwell, so teams can continue coming in, investigating, and enjoying the location without having to worry about extreme cold temperatures.

And before anyone takes this the wrong way — this isn't us saying anything negative about other paranormal locations. We understand that every historic location is different, and many simply aren't able to provide heat throughout their buildings. We have tremendous respect for the locations that open their doors and allow teams to experience their history and whatever may still remain within their walls.

We're simply letting our paranormal friends know that Broadwell is an option during those cold winter months.

So if your team has been putting investigations on hold because of the weather, maybe it's time to come see what Broadwell has waiting for you. 👻

🔥 Warm floors.
🏚️ Over a century of history.
👻 And who knows what might be waiting in the darkness…

If you're interested in bringing your team to Broadwell this winter, reach out to us about available booking opportunities.

The weather may be cold outside…

but Broadwell still has plenty of activity waiting inside. 👻🔦

⚠️ IMPORTANT UGPN NOTICE ⚠️

Hello everyone. We hope you’re all doing well. Unfortunately, we need to address a serious issue regarding activities taking place at UGPN locations.

Rituals of any kind are strictly prohibited at Haunted Broadwell Funeral Home, Haunted Middle Point School and Haunted AuGlaize Village

It was brought to our attention the other night that an individual or team allegedly performed a ritual at Haunted Broadwell Funeral Home. If confirmed, this behavior is completely unacceptable and is a direct violation of the rules established for our locations.

Anyone found to have participated in prohibited ritual activity may be banned from Haunted Broadwell Funeral Home and all other UGPN locations.

We fully support paranormal research, experimenting with different investigation techniques, and responsibly using different types of equipment. However, the prohibition on rituals exists for a reason. These are historical properties that deserve to be treated with respect, and certain activities can also risk damaging or altering the location.

This is a post we should not have to make. The rules for each location are provided to investigators, and we ask everyone to follow them and use common sense when conducting an investigation.

Please respect the properties, their history, the owners, and the opportunity we have been given to investigate these incredible locations.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

🇺🇸 25 YEARS LATER… WE REMEMBER. WE HONOR. WE WILL NEVER FORGET. 🇺🇸

Twenty-five years ago today, our country was changed forever.

On September 11, 2001, thousands of innocent people woke up expecting nothing more than another ordinary day. Instead, families lost loved ones, our nation grieved, and a generation witnessed an act of courage and sacrifice that should never be forgotten.

We remember the 2,977 lives that were taken.

We remember the firefighters who climbed the stairs.

We remember the police officers who ran toward the danger.

We remember the EMS providers who went to the scene knowing they might not come home.

We remember the military members who answered the call to defend our nation.

And we remember the countless civilians who showed extraordinary courage when faced with unimaginable circumstances.

For us here at Broadwell Funeral Home, this remembrance carries an especially personal meaning.

Our owner has spent years serving others — both as a fire service member and as a retired member of the United States military. He understands firsthand what it means to put on a uniform, answer the call, and accept the responsibility of protecting and serving others.

That experience makes September 11th more than a date on a calendar.

It is a reminder of the courage carried by those who choose to serve.

It is a reminder that behind every uniform is a person with a family, loved ones, hopes, dreams, and someone waiting for them to come home.

And on September 11th, 2001, far too many families never got that homecoming.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember them.

As a funeral home, we understand the importance of remembering a life, honoring a story, and never allowing someone's memory to disappear.

The men and women we lost that day deserve nothing less.

Their families deserve to know that their loved ones are still remembered.

Their sacrifices deserve to be spoken about.

And their stories deserve to be carried forward for generations to come.

Twenty-five years may have passed, but we will never allow the memory of September 11th to become just another page in history.

Today, we honor the fallen.

We stand with the families.

We salute those who served.

And we thank every firefighter, police officer, EMS provider, military member, and civilian who has answered the call to help others — yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

🇺🇸 We Remember.
🇺🇸 We Honor.
🇺🇸 We Thank You.
🇺🇸 We Will Never Forget.

September 11, 2001 — Forever in our hearts.

🖤🇺🇸 Broadwell Funeral Home
Honoring lives. Preserving memories. Never forgetting.

👻 Something interesting happened here at Broadwell…

Our base team, Southern Ohio Paranormal Society, recently took part in a unique dual Estes Method experiment with Ryan from Trapped Souls amd other teams.

While our team was here at Broadwell in Ohio, another group was investigating at ISS in Indiana — nearly four hours away. What happened between the two locations was definitely enough to make us wonder… coincidence, or something more? 👀
