Join us at our 9th Annual Firecracker 4 miler in the All American City! Our course is designed as a historic tour of Downtown Fayetteville. Competitive runners, recreational runners, walkers, kids, strollers and dogs are all invited! The course starts and finishes on the streets of Fayetteville at the intersection of Walter & Hillsboro Streets which is located between the N.C. State Veterans Park
and the Airborne & Special Operations Museum. Dogs:
Crowd-friendly dogs are welcomed at the Firecracker 4 Miler. Dogs must be leashed and owners are expected to provide waste pickup. Unruly dogs and their owners will be asked to leave the course and forfeit registration. Please make sure your dog is well hydrated. Dog water bowls will be provided at the water stations. Strollers:
The course includes several low steps. Course volunteers will be stationed at the steps to assistant runners with strollers. This event is rain or shine, unless the weather is deemed unsafe by the race directors. All registrations are non-refundable. Awards:

All Parking will be at the nearby Medical Arts Center, the train station and the large lot on Maiden Lane. Be sure to cross the railroad tracks on the crosswalk at Hay St. Please do not walk on the train tracks. There will be no parking at the Airborne & Special Operations Museum or The N.C.
