We are a 7 room luxury Inn surrounded by 140 acres of gardens, fields and historic trails. Located 2 minutes from downtown Fayetteville, Razorback stadium and Dickson Street. A full hot American breakfast is delivered to your room each morning, we love our guests to enjoy our porches, living rooms and grounds.

We'll miss our equine friends, but know that they are in green pastures in their retirement.

We're wishing a happy retirement to Pratt Place Inn Halfinger horses Ben, Moonshine, and CoCo. They are not quite as patient with curious visitors as they were when they were younger, so they have relocated to a farm in Madison County where there's plenty of room to roam.
