Good Evening, below you will find the flyer for the banquet. All reservations are due by October 20th!! If you have not already done so please let us know if you will purchasing your own end of year awards. We will putting in orders for awards on Monday October 4th.

Please note we have upped the monetary values for Grand and Reserve to $30 and $20 and assigned monetary values to 3rd ($10) and 4th ($5). If you would like to add up your totals and receive a check to purchase your own award please let us know no later October 1st. If we do not hear from you we will be purchasing awards. Thank you and see everyone is November!

‼️‼️‼️Good Evening Everyone,

I want to first off thank everyone for a great show Sunday . I hope you all enjoyed it
as much as I did . I just love watching the kids. It's a lot of work but well worth it .

I want to have a meeting to discuss the 2026 Banquet Next Year's Show Dates, Judges,and a Fundraiser .
We need to get dates on the books at Wilson for the 2027 season as soon as possible .
I have spoke to the rest of the officers and we all agree to keep the dates the same time
Next year This seemed to work well and did not conflict with some of the bigger shows .
If anyone has suggestions please send them to us we will be working on the class list also .

Meeting will be at my house Sunday Sept 6, 2026 at 2 PM

This is the pre-entry form for our June show at Wilson College in the Hawthorne Arena ,the show will begin at 9 am. If you choose to enter this way you will not be charged the $5 office fee.
