We would like some feedback from past and hopeful future participants of Mtec to help determine the future of the race. With the number of teams dwindling over the past few years which led to this years cancellation....

1. What are your reason (s) for not participating?
2. What we can do differently to spark your interest again?

The future of the race is a question mark at this time and we need your feedback to help determine whether the race happens again or has it run its course.

All suggestions will be noted.... please keep the vibe as positive as possible.

2018 MTec course is set and registrations are rolling in. This years course will total about 40 miles of biking, running, and paddling and totally about 4200 ft of elevation gain. Are you up for the challenge??

The meeting with DCNR went really well. The preliminary course that we presented didn’t throw up any concerns and we will finalize that in the next few weeks.
But the date is set and approved, the course is 90% complete and essentially approved (verbally), challenges are being created and logistics are being worked on.
So hopefully you are forming your teams, reading your purple lizard maps and starting to train.
Get those registrations in !!!!

The course has been created for this years race. We have our first meeting with DCNR this week to start the approval process which has changed from years past. Hopefully it will be a smooth process and we won’t need to make many changes. It is gonna be a good one 👊🏻🤪
