Farm to Table 5K

Farm to Table 5K The 5K and 1-miler are flat and fast courses on the gravel roads throughout the Ag Research and Experiment Station in Fayetteville.

Proceeds go towards the Full Circle Campus Food Pantry and the CSES Graduate Student Club. Date and Time:
The race will take place on Saturday, April 7th, 2018.

The Course:
The 5K and 1-miler are flat and fast courses on the roads throughout the Arkansas Agricultural Researc

h and Experiment Station in Fayetteville. The planned routes are also completely different than the one used at the Chile Pepper 10K. The 5K course map is available in the page photos! The Cause:
Proceeds from this year's race will benefit the University of Arkansas Full Circle Food Pantry to help fight hunger in the University of Arkansas community. More information can be found on their website: http://service.uark.edu/4372.php

The CSES Graduate Club at U of A is excited to announce that on the 13th of April 2019 we will host and organize the now traditional Farm to Table 5K race, to raise funds for the Full Circle Food Pantry. Another race in the books! Today we donated $750 to the Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry from the 2018 Farm to Table 5K race profit. Thank you to everyone who ran and volunteered!

Anyone who wants a t-shirt can come to Agri Park today from 4-6 and buy one for $10. Registered runners who missed the event can pick up their already paid for t-shirts too! Bring your canned food donations!

Thank you to all the runners and volunteers who made the Farm to Table 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run possible! This was the 8th annual race hosted by the CSES Grad Student Club in support of the Full Circle Campus Food Pantry. Despite the below freezing temperatures and snow, 50 runners came to Agri Park on April 7, 2018 and over $1200 was raised for the Full Circle Campus Food Pantry and the CSES Grad Student Club. Fresh fruit and bakery items donated by local businesses were served after the race and the remaining food was donated to the food pantry along with many canned food items. Lean In Fitness Experience led a free yoga class and stretches by the fire before the run. Thank you to our many sponsors who made this day possible with generous donations!

Registered runners who were not able to attend are able to pick up their race shirts and donate canned food items next Monday, April 16th from 4-6 PM at Agri Park. Extra race shirts will be sold for $10 each at this time as well. For additional information please email [email protected].
