Free carnival rides, free inflatable slide, free face painting, kids color their free t-shirt, free balloon artist, free games/activities. 🫵What are YOU doing this weekend? What about creating and submitting a 2026 Fayette Watermelon Days logo!🎨

This year's theme is "Small Town, Big Flavor"
People of all ages are encouraged to design and submit ideas for a logo for this year’s event. The logo will be used to promote the event throughout the year and may appear on t-shirts, magnets, posters/flyers, and other promotional items and advertising.
💲There is a prize of $50.00 cash for the individual whose logo is chosen.
The design MUST have the words: "Fayette Watermelon Days", "2026" and "Small Town, Big Flavor"
🍉It should also have a watermelon(s) on it or use watermelon colors.
The design needs to be 3.5x2 inches in at least 300dpi or can be drawn on paper.
Entries can be submitted to [email protected] or dropped off at the Fayette Community Library.
Entries need to be submitted/emailed by May 15, 2026.

🍉 It is time to put your artistic hat on and design our 2026 Fayette Watermelon Days logo!

This year's theme is "Small Town, Big Flavor"

We are now inviting people of all ages to design and submit ideas for a logo for this year’s event. The logo will be used to promote the event throughout the year and may appear on t-shirts, magnets, posters/flyers, and other promotional items and advertising. There is a prize of $50.00 cash for the individual whose logo is chosen.

After decades of volunteering, multiple key committee members will be "retiring" from the Watermelon Days Committee after the 2026 celebration to focus on their family, new jobs and other life goals.
