I'll be on the square tomorrow, Sunday, from 3 to 5pm for the farmer's market. I'll be bringing an assortment of pumpkins....carving size and minis. The minis are just 50 cents each.

This will be my last market day of the year.

Is your jar of honey starting to look at little cloudy? That's just the natural sugars in it starting to crystallize. It's normal. Raw local honey does that.

To reliquify it place the jar into a pan of warm tap water. You may need to do this several times depending on how solid it is. Just don't microwave it. That will ruin it.

Or you can use it as is. A spoon full in your hot tea dissolves easily and is just as delicious.

Thank you for supporting your local beekeeper!! Give me a shout if you ever have any questions.
