Falls Summer Celebration Kayak Tournament

Frank Matylewicz took first place in the Falls Summer Celebration kayak tournament with 78.25 inches. He landed two 17.75 inch north branch smallmouth to anchor his impressive limit. In addition to winning the custom Ketch board trophy Frank also took home over $300 in prize money. Congrats!

Ryan Matylewicz finished in second place with 74 inches and Josh Sims rounded out the top 3 with 73.25 inches.

Thanks to all who fished, we look forward to growing this tournament next year!

When: Saturday Aug 6th. first launch and lines in lines out .

Where: northern boundary- Mehoopany
southern boundary- Ft. Jenkins bridge in Pittston

The ID code is 168 and that code must be in all photos submitted.

Bring photos to the Falls Summer Celebration at the George Hock Park by 2:30pm, award ceremony will be held at 3pm. 5 longest bass win.
