Good morning, Fairhope ☀️🎨
It’s bright and early, and our town is already buzzing with excitement as we prepare for festival weekend!

City crews are hard at work this morning 💪 fluffing flowerbeds, placing “No Parking” signs throughout downtown, and rerouting power for the festival.

And as you’re out and about today, if you see a employee, , team member, or one of our amazing festival volunteers — be sure to thank them! It takes a village to bring this weekend to life, and we couldn’t do it without them.

🚨 Please note:
No parking will be enforced downtown today (look out for the red-and-white signs), and we kindly ask everyone to be patient while driving. Many of our artists will be arriving with large trailers as they enter town.

🕔 Artist load-in begins this evening after 5 PM, once the streets have been cleared.

The forecast is beautiful, and we’re looking forward to an incredible weekend in Fairhope ✨

🎨Before the sun even came up last weekend, our incredible volunteers were out marking the streets and getting everything ready for our artists. We’re counting down and couldn’t be more excited to welcome everyone to downtown Fairhope this weekend.

𝑷𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑺𝑬 𝑵𝑶𝑻𝑬 𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑻 𝑭𝑬𝑺𝑻𝑰𝑽𝑨𝑳 𝑺𝑬𝑻𝑼𝑷 𝑩𝑬𝑮𝑰𝑵𝑺 𝑻𝑶𝑴𝑶𝑹𝑹𝑶𝑾, 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 19𝒕𝒉.

🚙Parking Notice:
Please pay close attention to “No Parking” signs throughout downtown beginning Thursday. Any vehicles left in designated areas marked with “No Parking” signs will be towed after 5 PM so we can safely prepare for the festival.

📝Artist Reminder:
Artist registration begins at 1 PM tomorrow on South Summit Street. The streets will close at 5 pm and set-up will begin at 6PM OR at the signal of the Fairhope Police Department after the festival streets are COMPLETELY CLEARED of all vehicles.

🗺️ Do you have a festival map? We get this question a lot. And the answer is, Yes!

You can pick up a festival map at the Information Booth located at the intersection of Fairhope Avenue and Section Street during the festival.

Maps are also available on our website and inside the official Festival Magazine, which has been distributed at popular locations, and inside the local newspaper across Baldwin County.

🎨 Is there a list of artists?
Yes! A full list of participating artists is available on the back of the festival map. Artists are organized by medium and booth number to make it easy to find your favorites.
🗺️You can pick up a map at the Information Booth during the festival located on Fairhope Avenue.

We’ve recently been made aware of a few phishing scams circulating online targeting artists, locals, and sponsors related to the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival.

Please note the following:
• All artist and food vendor booths for the 2026 festival are full, and we have a full waitlist. We are not accepting additional vendors or booth fees.
• Artist applications and registration fees are only processed through ZAPP.
• The festival is free to attend.
• No member of the Festival Foundation or our volunteer committee will ever ask for cash, Venmo payments, or gift cards.

If you receive messages requesting payment, donations, or gift cards on behalf of the festival, please do not respond.
