Nothing’s off limits… if it’s life, we’re talking about it. Mamas and Coffee® is a place to gather to know you are not alone in this thing called life. Need advice? Need to vent? Need a laugh? Well, come on and join in the fun and conversations. We talk about self-love, self-care, womanhood, parenting teens, and bringing stroke awareness. MomJonz had a stroke on April 17, 2021. It was unexpected and caught her family and friends off guard. She had no health concerns and none of the commonly known risk factors. She is on a mission to bring awareness to those less heard of and uncommon cause of strokes.

Preparing your child for the real world...

This doesn’t suddenly begin when we drop them off at college. We can start when they’re little, in ways that fit their age and needs. They can learn to respect other people and their belongings. They can help clean up. They can practice asking for what they need and dealing with someone they don’t particularly like.
