Administrative Assistant:
Our team is looking for a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to work directly with the President and support our management staff. Daily tasks include phone coverage, email communication, and general office duties. Basic computer skills and comfort with Excel and Word are required.
We offer flexible hours and a supportive work environment. If you enjoy helping a team stay organized and running smoothly, this role is for you.

Second Shift Production Supervisor:
We are looking for a dependable and team focused Second Shift Production Supervisor to help lead and support our production operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the President and management team to keep the shift running smoothly, guide employees, and maintain a positive, productive environment.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Supervising second shift production activities to ensure smooth, efficient workflow
• Coordinating and assigning work to production staff based on schedules and priorities
• Monitoring product quality, identifying issues, and ensuring corrective actions are taken
• Overseeing machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment is operating safely
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production floor
• Communicating shift updates, production concerns, and staffing needs to management
• Supporting and coaching employees to maintain high standards of performance and teamwork
