To the Precious Customers of Hometown Emporium, Cassandra’s on Pine, and the Sweetery, that we call friends and family,

As it has always been, the safety, health, well-being and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority.
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We maintain the utmost in certifications and inspections on a regular basis.
In response to the coronavirus, we have implemented additional measures as advised by daily contact with the Tulare County Health Department via e-mail and developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.

Keeping you and our associates safe is a top priority, so we wanted to share some steps we’re taking in response to coronavirus:

First and foremost, we’ve ramped up cleaning efforts. Areas are cleaned daily, with sanitizing solutions used in high-touch, high-traffic areas. We also have associates dedicated to cleaning key areas throughout the day, and we’re implementing additional supplies they and you can use at registers, countertops, tables and cases.
We also want to encourage everyone to take advantage of our online ordering; simply order online at hometownemporiumexeter.com and pay ahead. Park out front or in back (please legally), give us a call and we’ll run out your food as quick as we can.
As always, we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Rest assured, we’re doing everything in our power to provide a safe dining experience for our customers and a healthy environment for our associates and community.
During this time we are maintaining our policies on food exchange across counters between customers and associates.
