JVA Electric, our electrical company, has exceeded our expectations with their outstanding service. They work for 7 days straight ensuring that all of our vendors, stage hook ups, VIP tent, light towers, carnival, generators, ac units, WIFI connection, and all other needs are met to run this event.

Kenny and his crew work tirelessly filling up generators and light towers throughout the week. He is also very generous and donates his time, money, and efforts to nonprofits that contribute to those in need.

We're thrilled to announce that the 2026 Sports Banquet is just around the corner! This year, we're making some changes to enhance your experience due to past seating challenges. Here’s what you need to know:

🎟 Ticket Purchase:
Tickets can now be bought online here (https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/everglades-city-school-2026-sports-banquet) or in person with Angela at the school. Important: We won’t be selling tickets at the door, and NO entry is allowed without a pre-purchased ticket. If you're purchasing tickets with Angela, she will have tickets available to give to you on the spot!

📧 Digital Tickets:
After purchasing, you'll receive your ticket via email. Make sure to save it on your phone or print it out for entry!

💸 Pricing:
- Adults: $20
- Kids (over 10): $10
- Kids (under 10), Coaches, and Athletes: Free!
(But please make sure everyone eligible for free entry still gets a ticket for our headcount!)

✅ Reminder:
It’s essential to have your ticket ready at the event, or we won't have a reserved spot for you.

SFA would like to correct previously posted information sent to us by someone in the offices of NOAA. The Senate Committee has not yet passed the ASCA bill but has referred the bill to the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry for approval. This is still a huge win for the American Seafood industry. I am so proud of SFA for helping push this legislation. We will continue to work hard for the industry.
