To address some questions:

There is no seperate outfit of choice.

Dress code is not overly glitzy, but formal. Meaning pageant wear and age appropriate makeup is encouraged but flippers or excessive hair pieces are not.

The theme is for ages 10 and under. Patriotic colors are sufficient. Incorporating a more unique American flare to your dress is encouraged but not required to show style and personality. You are encouraged to get creative without resembling a halloween costume. Light props are allowed.

Other than Winner, 1st and 2nd runner-up, a Best Dressed award will be presented.

Our timeline will begin promptly. Please arrive dressed and ready 30 minutes before your group start time.

Don’t forget cash to get in. 1 adult per participant is free, any additional guests will be $5/person.

Food trucks will also be available on site for food purchase.

Dear Rhea County, Friends and Business Owners,

Each year, our Fair Scholarship Pageant becomes more than just a celebration of beauty and grace — it becomes a platform for young individuals to grow in confidence, leadership, and purpose. This event has long stood as a cornerstone of our fair, offering local youth the chance to earn scholarships, develop life-long skills, and represent our community with pride.

But we can’t do it without you.

This year, we’re inviting small businesses, family-owned companies, and local leaders to help make this dream a reality by becoming a sponsor. Your support goes directly toward providing scholarships, awards, and a high-quality event experience — and in return, your business will receive meaningful exposure in front of hundreds of attendees and supporters.

From social media shout-outs and printed materials to signage on stage and mentions during the event, we’re committed to honoring your generosity and showing our community who stepped up to invest in its future.

You’re not just funding a pageant. You’re fueling self-esteem. You’re backing a young person’s dream. You’re reminding a small-town kid that their community believes in them.

Whether you’re able to give big or small, every sponsor helps light the way for the next generation.

If you’d like to learn more about our sponsorship packages or how your business can be highlighted during this beloved event, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
