River City Wiffle Ball Classic

River City Wiffle Ball Classic Aurora's 4th Annual River City Wiffleball Classic at Historic Bosse Field will take place on September 27, 2025.

This all-day tournament will consist of 48 teams divided into major and minor leagues.

The 4th Annual River City Wiffle Ball Classic at historic Bosse Field was nothing short of amazing! With perfect weather and incredible community spirit, this year’s tournament brought the heat—and helped us strike out homelessness in a big way.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our sponsors, 36 teams, dedicated volunteers, hard-working staff, and the unwavering support of our board. Special appreciation goes to Bill Bussing, Brycen, and the entire Evansville Otters crew for continuing to host us at this iconic venue.

🏆 Highlights from the field:
• Home Run Derby Champ: Kevin Walter launched 17 out of 20—an absolute slugfest!
• Toilet Bowl Tournament Winners: Shoutout to Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 136 for keeping things light and competitive.
• Minor League Champs: Carpenters Local 224 brought home their first title—well earned!
• Major League Showdown: YUNG GUNZ aimed for a three-peat, but Sandlot Sports sealed the victory in an epic battle.

This event isn’t just about wiffle ball—it's about changing lives. Thanks to you, we’re one step closer to ending homelessness in our community.
