A few weeks ago the ETHS Facilities Committee met and decided to deny our request for use of the stadium despite the fact that we had spent months working on the event. They opted instead to give us the Auditorium which was our initial request, but due to time constraints, it is impossible for us to realistically host Evanstock on such a short timeframe. As a result we have returned all proceeds to the original sources, postponing the June 25th date, decided to keep our Evanston Office while we determine our next steps regarding Evanstock. We will continue to work with David Futransky and The ETHS Alumni Department in our efforts to produce events to produce events to provide much-needed capital resources to Evanston Township High School, it's students and The Evanston Community.
