We’re carving out another amazing year for the 5th Annual Evans City PumpkinFest! Over 50% of our spots are already SOLD OUT thanks to returning vendors from last year, so don’t wait to claim your spot!

What’s New for 2026:
✨ All vendor spaces will be filled through an application and approval process.
✨ This new process helps us ensure a vibrant, diverse mix of offerings for our attendees, so the festival is truly the pick of the patch.

🚨 Important Update: Preferred street location spaces are now SOLD OUT! Don’t worry though because our vendor team will still find you a pumpkin-perfect spot, just like in years past.

📅 Dates:
Saturday, September 19 • 10 AM – 7 PM
Sunday, September 20 • 10 AM – 4 PM

📍 Location: E Main Street, Evans City (and surrounding streets)

🛑 Space is limited & certain categories are filling fast! To avoid being left out of the pumpkin patch, apply early.

⏳ Application Deadline: Open until filled

✔️ You’ll be notified of your status within 30 days of applying. Once approved, you’ll get all the details to submit payment and secure your spot (spaces are not confirmed until payment is received).

PumpkinFest Planning Season is Here! 🤩

Join us for the next Evans City PumpkinFest Community Meeting as we kick off ideas, planning, and community collaboration for another unforgettable event.

Monday, May 4th at 6:00 p.m.
Hirschy Building at Gospel Life Church
(the large building behind the church and current Evans City voting location)
Light refreshments will be served.

Whether you’re a returning volunteer or looking to get involved for the first time, we’d love to have you join us as we plan a festival that brings our whole community together.

Today was a gourd-geous day to kickoff Evans City PumpkinFest and tomorrow looks just as beautiful! Start your morning at the community church service at the firehall at 10 AM followed by a Seneca Valley Orchestra String Trio performance on the Main Stage.

The Pumpkin Rumble car cruise will take over the streets so come down and check out the classic cars and shop all the treats on Wahl Avenue and Main Street.

Cheer on the pumpkin pie eating contest at 1 PM at the Main Stage and then swing over to the firehall to cheer on the Steelers with other black and gold fans.

The festival runs from 10 AM - 4 PM on Sunday. Carve out some time to stop on by!

Start your Saturday morning off strong with pancakes at PumpkinFest! The Evans City Area VFD will be serving their all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 7-10 AM at the firehall. Aaron Haben Music will provide some delightful background music starting at 9 AM on the Marburger FARM Dairy Main Stage. And you can start browsing the vendors starting at 10 AM. See you soon!

🎃🍁 Get Ready for the 4th Annual Evans City PumpkinFest this weekend!

🥞 Kickstart your Saturday with the Evans City Area VFD’s all-you-can-eat Pancake Breakfast, just $5 from 7-10 AM.

🎵 Main Stage Live Entertainment:
Saturday brings music from Aaron Haben Music (9 AM), Z-Town Street Band (11:30 AM), This-That & The Other Thing (2:30 PM), and Wine and Spirit Band(5 PM).
Sunday’s live music features a SVSD Orchestra String Trio (11:15 AM) and the Skipper Johnson Band (2 PM).

Kids Tractor Pull (Saturday 11:30 AM)
Foam Parties (Saturday 1 & 4 PM)
Free Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides (Sat. 12–5 PM, Sun. 10:30–3:30)

Kids Tractor Pull: Start the morning with this fun competition at 11:30 AM outside the firehall.
Foam Parties: Let the kids dive into bubbly fun at 1 PM & 4 PM.
Museum Tours: Visit the Evans City Historical Society to learn more about Evans City history!

Community Church Service at 10 AM.
Pumpkin Rumble Car Cruise (12–4 PM) will have classic cars lining the PumpkinFest streets!

Join Evans City Area VFD at the firehall on Saturday, September 20 from 7-10 AM for all you can eat pancakes. Enjoy stacks for only $5 or upgrade to pancakes with sausage for $7.

Coffee, orange juice, and milk are included. Every dollar raised helps the Evans City Area Volunteer Fire Department. Gather your crew and start Evans City PumpkinFest on a smashing note!
