I would like to dedicate this year’s Car Show to my brother-in-law, David Bannan. He passed away peacefully just a few months ago with his wife (my sister Susan) and his two grown up kids at his side, at a hospital in Virginia. He was originally from this area of Delaware County, and a graduate of Interboro High School – Class of 1986. He then continued his education at Penn State and Widener Universities, and relocated his family to Virginia. He left this world at a very young age of 57. He was an awesome husband, father, brother, friend and brother-in-law. Dave had several hobbies, one of which was photography. He was our photographer at our last two Car Shows, 2023 & 2024. He produced professional quality photos. You can check out his work in the “Albums” section of this page. Dave is sorely missed by everyone that loved him. He will be in our hearts and minds forever. Greetings everyone! It has recently been brought to my attention, that things didn't work out with the guys that were going to take over our Car Show. So... the McAllister family will be back, to put on this year's show. Since this is short notice for us, we decided to make it free to enter vehicles into the park, but a small donation for the Historical Society would be appreciated. Also I sold my PA system, but there will be a live band playing from noon to 2:00. We will continue to seek out someone to take over the show, but for now we're back! We don't want to see this show just go away, it needs to live on. One more for the road!! We'll see you all soon! Cheers!! Ron ~ Please share.
