Just a reminder we’re meeting this Friday at 6pm at the Bourbon Barrel!! Our class has Happy Hour from 6p-8p with the drinks listed in the pic. We’ll also have our own specialty drink for the Class of ‘93. Check back later this week for the password for our 6p-8p Happy Hour. Can’t wait to see everyone!!

We appreciate everyone’s support and we hope that everyone will stay positive. Let’s not forget that we still get to come together as Central Class of ‘93 on Friday, July 27th! We did work very hard, so let our reward be happy classmates having fun and let’s not sweat the small stuff! See you all at 6:00pm at the Bourbon Barrel 😃

We regret to inform you the Big Event reunion has been cancelled. Yesterday, July 10th, was the deadline to make your payment to attend our Go Big or Go Home 25th year class reunion; unfortunately, the number of RSVP’s were many more than number of payments we received. Without our minimum head count we do not have enough to fund the reunion. We apologize for any inconvenience and will make sure those who paid for their ticket are reimbursed in the same form of payment they sent.

The Friday night icebreaker will still be held at The Bourbon Barrel at 1213 State St. on Friday July 27, 2018 at 6pm.

Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing you all at the Bourbon Barrel.

Hello everyone! We are one month away from showtime. If you plan on attending the Central Class of ‘93 Go Big or Go Home reunion, we’re asking that you make your payments as soon as you can. We realize final deadline given was 7/10; however our numbers are not where they should be by now and we cannot proceed any further without more ticket purchases. We have invested our own money thus far and would like to continue to work on giving you the best reunion you all deserve. But we really need your help to make it happen.

As a reminder, this is for Saturday 7/28 at the Bel-Aire and ticket cost is $50 per classmate or $90 per couple. Payments can be made to our treasurer, Stacy Glass-Garrastazu via Venmo (no fees), PayPal (add $1.75 per classmate or $3 per couple for credit card fee), or by mail. See below for links and address!

FRIDAY NIGHT ICEBREAKER DETAILS:

WHERE: BOURBON BARREL - 1213 State St.
DATE: Friday, July 27, 2018
TIME: 6pm til depends on how much fun you’re having!
COST: Whatever you decide! You pay for what you order to eat and/or drink.

We chose this venue for the distinct indoor/outdoor atmosphere and the diverse music selection. Not to mention it’s a hop, skip, and a jump away from downtown!!

We’ll reminisce and catch up with old friends at our casual Friday Night Icebreaker which is the prelude to our big event Saturday!

REUNION UPDATE!

We have many updates on our 25th Year Class Reunion so please read full post.

CLASS REUNION TIMELINE:
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Cash bar. Mix and mingle. Assorted cheeses, crackers, veggies, dips, and fruits.

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Dinner buffet, dessert, and speakers.

8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Reminiscing, making new memories, photo station and party time!

ON THE MENU:
• Prime rib (au jus, horseradish) hand-carved by chef in room
• Stuffed Chicken
• Panko Crusted Cod
• Garden Salad with Vegetables
• Parsley Baby Red Potatoes
• Green and Yellow Beans with Carrots
• Rolls and Butter
• Coffee, Tea, and Water
• Cash Bar

ATTIRE:
Be who you are! There is no formal dress code.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND:
This really is going to be a night to remember and it takes everyone to make that happen. We would like to address a few of your concerns regarding the cost of the reunion. The cost for food alone is $35 per person which covers your dinner, tax, and gratuity at the Bel-Aire. This cost does not include the DJ, decorations, lighting, tribute to classmates display, photo station, programs, or registration materials. We are doing the best we can to give you the 25th year class reunion you all want and deserve.

COST:
Since we end up in the red after our reunions, there aren’t funds leftover from previous years. We initially chose Venmo since they do not charge a fee like PayPal does. But we have decided that since many people have a PayPal account we will accept their payment but the fee they charge us must also be included.

The cost when paying via PayPal will be $51.75 per classmate or $93 per couple. If still paying by Venmo or check the cost is $50 per classmate or $90 per couple. The links to PayPal and Venmo and the address to send a check to are at the end of this post. We are trying to make this as convenient as we can and we need you to please send payment as soon as possible so we can see where we are with attendance. If paying by check we ask that it is postmarked by July 1st due to mailing and processing time.

We understand people are in different financial circumstances which is why we also have the Friday Night Icebreaker where you can spend as little or as much as you choose. We are currently fine tuning the details of our Icebreaker and will have more info soon.

We have a room block at the Bel-Aire Clarion Hotel at a discounted rate for those who would like to stay there Friday or Saturday night (7/27 or 7/28). Details as follow:

RATE: $129 per night for double occupancy. (For more than 2 people add $10 per person.)

INCLUDES:
~ Room Type: 2 Double Beds, No Smoking
~ A complimentary hot breakfast buffet in the morning between 6AM and 10AM in Maxi's Cafe
~ Hotel check-in time is after 4PM. Check out time is by 11 AM

Let’s get this party started! Ticket cost for our “Go Big or Go Home” 25th year Class Reunion is $50 per person or $90 per couple.

Payments can be made to our Class Treasurer Stacy Glass-Garrastazu either by Venmo or by check. You can download the Venmo app to pay and Stacy will reply with a confirmation or you can send a check to her in the mail postmarked by July 1st. If using Venmo, in the message enter REUNION25 and the names of the attending so we know who the payment covers. If paying by check please include your email so she can send you a confirmation.
