REUNION UPDATE!
We have many updates on our 25th Year Class Reunion so please read full post.
CLASS REUNION TIMELINE:
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Cash bar. Mix and mingle. Assorted cheeses, crackers, veggies, dips, and fruits.
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Dinner buffet, dessert, and speakers.
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Reminiscing, making new memories, photo station and party time!
ON THE MENU:
• Prime rib (au jus, horseradish) hand-carved by chef in room
• Stuffed Chicken
• Panko Crusted Cod
• Garden Salad with Vegetables
• Parsley Baby Red Potatoes
• Green and Yellow Beans with Carrots
• Rolls and Butter
• Coffee, Tea, and Water
• Cash Bar
ATTIRE:
Be who you are! There is no formal dress code.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND:
This really is going to be a night to remember and it takes everyone to make that happen. We would like to address a few of your concerns regarding the cost of the reunion. The cost for food alone is $35 per person which covers your dinner, tax, and gratuity at the Bel-Aire. This cost does not include the DJ, decorations, lighting, tribute to classmates display, photo station, programs, or registration materials. We are doing the best we can to give you the 25th year class reunion you all want and deserve.
COST:
Since we end up in the red after our reunions, there aren’t funds leftover from previous years. We initially chose Venmo since they do not charge a fee like PayPal does. But we have decided that since many people have a PayPal account we will accept their payment but the fee they charge us must also be included.
The cost when paying via PayPal will be $51.75 per classmate or $93 per couple. If still paying by Venmo or check the cost is $50 per classmate or $90 per couple. The links to PayPal and Venmo and the address to send a check to are at the end of this post. We are trying to make this as convenient as we can and we need you to please send payment as soon as possible so we can see where we are with attendance. If paying by check we ask that it is postmarked by July 1st due to mailing and processing time.
We understand people are in different financial circumstances which is why we also have the Friday Night Icebreaker where you can spend as little or as much as you choose. We are currently fine tuning the details of our Icebreaker and will have more info soon.
