TONIGHT! Terry Bradshaw at the Bayfront Convention Center!
🌟KNOW BEFORE YOU GO🌟
We are so excited for our event with the one and only Terry Bradshaw during this year's Global Summit. Please be aware that nearly 700 other people will be heading down to the Bayfront Convention Center along with you this evening (Thursday, September 24) for this incredible experience!
Please be patient with each other and all our volunteers and staff who are working hard to make this event happen and the process in as smooth as possible.
Here are some helpful things to note:
ARRIVE EARLY & PACK LIGHT
🚌Shuttles: Please be aware, two shuttles will be available for this event, as some areas of the Bayfront are under construction. Available shuttles are at the Liberty Bayfront Park & Ride (North, W 7th St, Erie, PA 16507) and the Erie Intermodel Transportation Center (208 E Bayfront Pkwy, Erie, PA 16507) both shuttles are accessible and will run in a continuous loop from 5 - 10PM.
🅿Parking: FREE parking is available in the Bayfront Convention Center lot. The Courtyard Marriot garage and the Sheraton garage are also available and may charge you. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
⌚Arrive early: Doors open at 6:00pm, please be patient with our volunteers and staff as we make sure the event is enjoyed by all.
👮Security: You must go through a security check to enter this event. Pack only what you need to enter.
🎒Bag Policy: We are following the latest Erie Events Bag Policy, and it will be strictly enforced. Please visit the Erie Events website for complete details of all Prohibited Items. (erieevents.com/safety-and-security)
🎟Tickets: There are no physical tickets for this event. After you go through security, go to the registration tables for your section based on what you purchased (General Admission or Preferred) and sign in with our volunteers with your name. Each section's tables are listed alphabetically by last name, please get in line accordingly.
💛Wristbands: You will be given a wristband to wear if you are in Preferred Seating. You must wear this wristband for the duration of the event, or you will not be allowed back into that section.
💺Seating: Seating is first-come, first-served in the General Admission section. The Preferred Section is also first-come, first served with the exception of the seat that have nameplates on them. Please do not move any name plates, they were placed intentionally by our staff. There are seats for everyone who purchased a ticket.
🚪Late Arrivals and Re-Entry: The doors will lock at 6:50pm and NO admittance will be allowed after the doors close. This includes if you were already in the event and stepped outside. No one will be admitted into the building for any reason after 6:50pm.
🏈Dress Code: While our events tend to lean business or business casual on most nights, we recognize the fandom and sportswear that you may want to show off for this particular event. We welcome any attire from jerseys to suits, as long as you are comfortable, but especially rocking your black and gold.🖤💛
