Renew Birmingham is a faith-based collective impact organization currently focusing on the Ensley neighborhood with strategic plans to extend our reach throughout the Greater Birmingham area. At Renew Birmingham, we are focused on empowering residents in five key areas of need and we have partners who provide services that align with these needs. Working together, we are determined to make meaningful changes for the residents of Birmingham’s most challenged neighborhoods.

Umm, umm good! That's what you'll be saying on Saturday, August 3 at Renew Birmingham's Cookout and Car Show. Free admission with registration. Come taste the mouthwatering flavors of barbecue from 1918 Catering. Grab some flavorful corn from Aww Shucks Fire Roasted Corn and fill your sweet tooth with dessert from Angel's Sweet Bakery and Co . Wash it all down with refreshing Milo's Tea and Deb's Italian Ice.

It looks like Mother Nature has decided to rain on our parade! Due to an unexpected weather forecast, we are rescheduling our much-anticipated Renew Birmingham Cookout and Car Show.

New Date: Saturday, August 3, 2024

While we’re disappointed about the delay, we’re excited for the extra time to make this event even more spectacular! Expect the same thrilling car show, mouthwatering cookout, and a day filled with fun and community spirit, just on a sunnier day.

We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding. Your enthusiasm and support mean the world to us, and we can't wait to see you on August 3!
