The wind was trying to sabotage my video attempt, but I is smart. So, I'll explain everything in the caption.
The boat deadlift for reps is going to be an awesome event. We're going to lift this up some so it will be a 12 inch deadlift. The boat will be secured properly on game day! We will also have some sort of platform so we're not all sinking into the mud.
Athlete will be given up and down commands. You can start with your hands on the bar. Belts and straps allowed. No tacky or anything else sticky. As many reps as possible in one minute.
