Mardi Gras celebration is happening this afternoon in downtown Ellsworth!!! Many businesses will have pop up sales and be serving all kinds of yummy drinks and snacks!
Tonight from 5:30-7pm come down to the High Jinks Rec. Club 301 W. N. Main!!! There will be a pancake feed and all proceeds will be donated to the Ellsworth County Cancer Fund

YES, it's true! We couldn't be more excited to announce High Jinks Rec. Club will be moving to our new location!!!! I know everyone has the same question, WHEN??? We have been working hard to get things moving very quickly and are hopeful to be ready to open the doors towards the start of summer! I'll keep everyone updated & as we advance on progress I'll give some glimpses into the new space!

***I wanted to take the opportunity to say, THANK YOU so much to all of our High Jinks Members. You guys have been so supportive and I couldn't be more grateful for all of you!

Tomorrow night at 7pm at High Jinks Rec. Club the new schedule begins with a slow paced yin yoga class. We have mats and props available but feel free to bring your own.
If you're wondering what to expect, we will begin class lying on our backs or in a comfortable seated position. During this time we will do a grounding exercise and focus on our breath. After settling into our space, we will begin with slow movements that allow us to connect our breath with our movements. This union of breath and movement allows for our bodies and minds to find calmness.

I will do my best to offer cues and assistance as needed. My belief is yoga is about you and your body, you know yourself better than anyone, I am there to guide you. We are all designed uniquely and created for love. Yoga class is an opportunity to love your body.

Looking for a fun activity for a child this summer?
Classes begin June 14th and will continue every Friday through the months of June and July.
(No class July 5th)
**10-10:30am for children ages 5-9 years of age.
**10:30-11am for kids 10+ years of age.

Cost $25 to enroll for the summer or $5 a class per student
