Ellsworth Pig Roast
2 Mile Championship Race
Saturday, June 20, 2026, 8:00 am

Bring the entire family out for the Pig Roast 2 Mile Championship Race! Participants of all ages are encouraged to come out and join the fun…and run or walk this beautiful, out and back course, along the railroad grade. Winners will be setting course records of this inaugural event which is hosted by the Upper Chain of Lakes Women's Club, sponsored by Sommer Solutions and other local businesses, and benefits local student educational scholarships.

Registration will be at Ellsworth Elementary School, 7:00-7:45, the morning of the event. The cost is $20 per entry or $40 per family. Pre-registration will guarantee a race t-shirt, entries must be received by June 5. There will be a limited supply of extra t-shirts, first come -first serve, morning of the event.

Mail entries to: Upper Chain of Lakes Women's Club, P.O. Box 54, Ellsworth, MI 49729. Checks may be written to Upper Chain of Lakes Women's Club. Post race re-fuel snacks will be provided and awards presented as runners finish.
