Two years ago the Ellington Chamber of Commerce brought Hailey Whitters to Barn at The Hamptons for the Summer Concert. Hailey put on a great show then & tonight won the ACM new female artist of the year. Great song writer, musician, & performer. Way to go , Hailey!!!
