The City of Ellensburg is currently accepting applications for food trucks and mobile food vendors interested in operating within city limits. If you own or operate a mobile food business and are looking for locations to serve in Ellensburg, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
The City has an application process for vendors who would like to operate at private property locations pursued by the food truck operators. This is a great opportunity for food trucks and mobile vendors to expand their presence and serve residents, visitors, and the local workforce.
