🌟 Instructor Spotlight: Logan Hamilton– Hitting & Catching Coach 🥎

We’re excited to introduce Logan, one of our newest instructors at The Elkland Hub! A lifelong softball player with a deep love for the game, Logan brings years of competitive experience and a calm, confidence‑building teaching style that athletes of all ages connect with.

Logan grew up on the field, playing for the New York Lady Rebels (12U–16U) out of Elmira and later competing with the Smash It Sports College Showcase Teams (16U & 18U) in Rochester. She also adds valuable college‑level experience from Pennsylvania College of Technology, giving her a well‑rounded understanding of the game from youth through collegiate play.

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Chase, a dedicated pitching instructor at The Elkland Hub whose blend of competitive baseball experience and educational expertise makes him an exceptional mentor for developing athletes. Chase brings a calm, knowledgeable presence and a deep understanding of pitching mechanics, mindset, and long-term athlete development.
🏅 Playing Career Highlights
• Four-year varsity starter at Williamson High School
• 2017: First Team All-Region, First Team All-District
• 2016: First Team All-District, Second Team All-Region
• Collegiate pitcher at Lock Haven University (two seasons)
• Three-year pitcher for the Elmira Pioneers of the PGCBL, competing against top collegiate talent
💪 Coaching & Professional Background
• Former collegiate pitcher with extensive competitive experience
• Strong foundation in youth development and instruction
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Lock Haven University
• Current third-grade teacher at R.B. Walter Elementary School
• Pursuing a master’s degree in Administration and Coaching at Point Park University

🥎 The Hub Softball Update! 🥎
The Hub will be open Monday, 12/1 from 5–7 pm! We’ll have four lanes available for pitching, catching, or fielding reps.
👉 Stop in or call to reserve your lane — just $15/hour.
We’re working on getting batting practice set up in the coming weeks. As interest grows, we’ll expand to more set days & hours. Until then, reach out for availability!

🌟 Instructor Spotlight: Reilly Storer – Junior Pitching Coach 🥎

We’re thrilled to welcome back Reilly Storer to The Elkland Hub! After taking two months off to compete in fall softball for Mansfield University, Reilly returns this Saturday to resume pitching lessons—and we couldn’t be more excited.

Reilly is a sophomore at Mansfield University majoring in Elementary Education, and her passion for working with young athletes shines through in every session. She’s been training in internal rotation pitching for the past three years under Head Instructor Shannon Fleishman, and began coaching at the Hub this past summer.

• Played high school ball at Vestal
