For Allison Bring, Director of Sales & Events at Zenia Omaha, creating those experiences is more than simply coordinating an event. It is about welcoming families, understanding their vision, and helping transform their dreams into meaningful celebrations.
Located in Elkhorn, Nebraska, Zenia Omaha was created around a beautiful and timeless concept: hospitality. The name Zenia comes from the Greek word xenia, representing hospitality, generosity, and the tradition of welcoming others.
As part of the All Holy Spirit campus while operating independently as an event venue, Zenia Omaha has become a gathering place for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, nonprofit organizations, birthdays, anniversaries, and community celebrations.

For quinceañeras, Zenia Omaha offers a beautiful and flexible ballroom designed to accommodate the many traditions and special moments that make a quinceañera unforgettable — from the grand entrance and dinner to the dance floor, music, photography, and celebration with family and friends.
Families have access to tables, chairs, linens, technology, Wi-Fi, parking, setup and teardown, a prep kitchen, screens, projectors, microphones, and flexible layout options.
But what truly sets Zenia apart is the personalized experience.
Rather than placing every celebration into the same standard floorplan, the Zenia team works with each family to create a space that reflects their guest count, entertainment, dance floor, sweetheart table, cake, DJ, décor, and individual needs.

For Allison, the most rewarding part of working with quinceañeras is witnessing the meaning behind the celebration.

One of her favorite moments is watching an empty ballroom transform into a celebration that reflects the quinceañera’s personality. Colors, music, traditions, décor, food, and family customs come together to create something completely personal.
And when the doors open and the family sees the finished space for the first time, the excitement makes all the planning worthwhile.

For Allison, the most memorable moments aren’t always the biggest ones. Sometimes they are as simple as seeing a family’s reaction when they first walk into their completed ballroom, hearing a client say they finally feel like everything is going to be okay, or watching a packed dance floor after months of planning.
Those are the moments that remind her why she loves what she does.
