Bus Trip to the Great Wisconsin Quilt Expo

The Northeast Iowa Quilters Guild is sponsoring a bus trip to the Wisconsin Quilt Expo in Madison on September 8. The bus will pick up participants in Decorah (6 am at the Old Walmart parking lot across from McDonalds), Waukon (at 6:30 in the Fareway parking lot) and Prairie du Chien (at 7 in the McDonalds lot). and return folks to those same locations. The $50 fee covers your ticket to get into the expo, the gas, parking, stimulating quilt conversations and a day to attend presentations and/or tour the quilts displayed. We plan on arriving at the show about 9:30 a.m. and leaving at 4:30 p.m. Reservations are due by August 18. Please get signed up by contacting Melodye Protsman at 563-564-2133 or [email protected].
