Dear Our Swing Fore Dan Family,
I am reaching out to let you know that after a lot of thought and consideration, we have decided to move in a new direction and no longer host an annual golf tournament. Although we will not be 'teeing it up on the greens', we will be hosting a new event beginning in 2025. Our decision was not made lightly. However, due to the unfortunate loss of Ryan Temple (one of our Swing Fore Dan family members and one of Dan's closest and best friends) in November of last year, it feels right to take a new turn and try something new.
It is also a fitting end because Ryan and Colin (Ryan and Dan's 3rd amigo) were each on the foursome who became our 2023 SFD Winners. I could not think of a better way to close this chapter!
Ryan Temple was an amazing husband, father and friend, and we lost him way too soon. He is missed greatly! But I am so thankful for the laughter, compassion, and true friendship we shared for over 26 years.
As one door closes, a new one must open! So, we have decided to............
Host a family-friendly Cornament (that's a co****le tournament)!!!

There will be prizes, food, drinks, swag bags, music and tons of fun!
Although you might not be 'swinging' for a hole-in-one...you can now shoot to be the "boss of the toss"!
Thank you for all of your love and support throughout the years! We look forward to seeing you in 2025 for the SFD Cornament!
Here is to being GRATEFUL for what once was....THANKFUL for what we have now....and HOPEFUL for what is yet to come!
