Change to the Historic Elizabeth City Ghost Walk Line-up
Due to some divisive issues, there has been a change in Ghost Walk’s lineup of characters for 2025. The ghost of Margaret Sanger has been removed. She will be replaced by the ghost of Maudie Fearing, a local matriarch who raised ten children during the Great Depression, and played piano for silent moves. “Miss Maudie” will appear at 606 W. Main Street.
