Elberta Community Partners still has some space available for vendors for the Independence in the Park event on July 2nd!

Ok everyone, our new app is now available for Apple and Android devices! This app provides information and functionality for attendees and vendors.

✅ Interactive Festival Map that shows your current location on a map relative to booth spaces and other landmarks.

✅ Vendor Directory that allows you to search/browse vendors, see the vendors description of what they are selling, and navigate to their booth space.

✅ Entertainment Schedule

✅ Parking Map

✅ Vendor Hub for all of our vendors. This is a one-stop-shop to manage and view information you will need.

✅ Volunteer Hub for individuals and organizations to volunteer at the Festival.

✅ Sponsorship section that displays our sponsors for each festival, and contains information on how to become a sponsor.

Are you an individual that would like to volunteer at the Festival? Would your non-profit organization like to make money by working at the Festival? Our applications for both are now open!

To sign up, or to sign your organization up, go to https://www.elbertacp.org/egsfvolunteer and fill out the appropriate application. Volunteers/organizations may perform tasks such as wrapping sausage sandwiches, serving at the serving windows, selling soft drinks, and other tasks. We look forward to working with you!

The vendor application for October 2026 is now OPEN to everyone! To submit your application, please visit https://www.elbertacp.org/egsfapp. You will need to register an account to apply.

If you were a vendor that attended March 2026: This is a new system, so you will need to create an account as well. Register your account using the same email you used for March 2026 so your past event data will attach to your new account. If you already submitted an application during the return vendor window, you also need to create a new account in the new system. However, you do NOT have to re-submit your application.
