You see the guests, the cosplay, and the incredible fandom. But what does it take to bring a Comic Con to life? Spoiler alert: It's WAY more than putting up a few banners and inviting people to show up!

Behind every El Paso Comic Con is a mountain of planning, phone calls, emails, logistics, problem-solving, and a whole lot of caffeine.

Coordinating celebrity guests and featured talent
Working with artists, creators, and vendors
Planning layouts, programming, and activities
Partnering with sponsors and community organizations
Solving approximately 847 problems you never see on the show floor

And that's just scratching the surface! We're already working behind the scenes to make EPCON 2027 an incredible experience for fans, creators, and our community. There's a lot that happens before those doors open, and we'd love to give you a peek behind the curtain!

3 reasons your first Comic Con doesn't have to be overwhelming! Never been to a Comic Con before? Don't panic. You don't need a utility belt, a battle plan, or a party of adventurers to have an awesome time at El Paso Comic Con 2027!

Here's how to make your first con experience a great one:

1. A little planning goes a long way. Check out the website, plan your must-see guests, and decide which experiences matter most to you. Having a few priorities makes the day easier!

2. You don't have to do everything. Look over the schedule before you arrive and pick the panels, activities, and guests you're most excited about. Leave room for surprises, too!

3. Explore at YOUR pace. Browse the vendor floor, discover artists, check out incredible cosplay, and enjoy the fandom around you. Take breaks when you need them. There's no wrong way to experience Comic Con!

The best part? You don't have to be a hardcore collector, a cosplay expert, or a walking encyclopedia of fandom trivia to belong here. If you're a fan of something, there's a place for you at EPCON!

It's Morphin Time, El Paso! We're excited to announce Jason Narvy as a FEATURED GUEST at El Paso Comic Con 2027! You know him as Eugene “Skull” Skullovitch from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! Alongside his best friend Bulk, Skull brought plenty of laughs, unforgettable antics, and classic '90s nostalgia to the Power Rangers universe. Now's your chance to meet the actor behind one of the franchise's most memorable characters!
