You asked, so we're opening up two new GINiology™ classes this fall!
Ever wondered what your perfect gin would taste like?
At Scratch Distillery, you get to create it.
Taste your way through more than 30 botanicals, spices, and flavors, learn how gin is made, experiment with different combinations, and create a recipe that's uniquely yours.
Then we'll bottle your creation for you to take home that day — and we keep your recipe on file so you can order it again when the bottle is gone.

Part distillery tour.

And, of course… part cocktail.
GINiology™ is an experience at Scratch Distillery where you get to go behind the bottle and discover how gin actually comes together.
You'll learn about the history and production of gin, taste individual botanicals, explore how different flavors work together, tour our distillery, and ultimately create a gin recipe that's completely your own.
Then you take your creation home.
Because we believe there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all gin.
