🎄✨ Big News for Edgewood! ✨🎄

This year, we’re excited to announce that the City of Edgewood will be taking the lead on all Holiday events starting with this year's 2025 Christmas Parade /Holiday Event!

We here at, All Things Edgewood, will do everything we can to ensure this transition will be just as festive, fun, and meaningful as it has always been. (We can’t wait to see what wonderful plans the City has in store for our town.)

First and foremost, All Things Edgewood would like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported and participated in our Holiday events throughout the years. (Including all our crazy ideas) Your involvement has made these celebrations truly special for both our community and for this group page. We also would like to encourage you to continue to help make all of the Edgewood Community/Holiday Events bigger and better every year.

We’ve cherished every year we’ve had the pleasure and opportunity to step in and help carry these holiday traditions forward. ❤️

The 3rd annual Holiday Market and Lighted Parade hosted by All Things Edgewood, is in the books, and we have a few Thank Yous we would like to say:

Thank you to:

The City of Edgewood Texas for letting us plan and host another fun filled holiday event for our community. 🟡🎄🟣

The Edgewood Police Dept for helping us get through this event, being a part of our parade and keeping everyone safe and sound through all of it. 🚔🚓

The Edgewood Volunteer Fire Department for always bringing the big fire vehicles out, which brings huge smiles to all of our parade watchers. It isn't Christmas in town until we hear "Jingle Bells" via siren sounds. 🚒🚛🛻

All the Downtown Businesses, On The Edge and Bulldog Pizza, who were open during the event and gave up their normal parking spots to accomadate the event. 🍕🍔

To Santa and The Grinch, thank you for being with us today and bringing joy and laughter to our event. 💚🎅

To all of our Vendors who participated in the Holiday Market, Thank you so much for joining us, we hope you had a good turnout, we hope you enjoyed your time here and can't wait to see you all again at future Edgewood Events. You guys helped us meet and surpass our goal for the All Things Edgewood Community Scholarship Fund. Thank you. ❤️🛍🛍

To all of the Food Trucks who joined us, you guys kept everyone happy and satisfied with all your delicious options. 🍋🍗🌮🌯🥔🥨🍪☕️🥤🍿🍧

To our Float/Parade Entry Attendees.....You guys nailed it this year!!!!! The floats were over the top spectacular and the best that we've had so far!!!! Big shout out to "We Lit Industries" and Keith/Austin Rogers for officially having the LARGEST participating entry EVER in the history of this event.

And to all of you, our community, our shoppers, our parade watchers and out of town vistors.....Thank you for coming out to Edgewood and spending your Saturday afternoon/evening with us. We appreciate each and every single one of you that showed up and made tonight a wonderful turnout. We hope to see you all again at the next Edgewood event.

It's Happening!!!!!

The weather should be perfect for this afternoon, so put on your best Christmas outfits or Holiday PJs and head to Edgewood's Holiday Market & Parade this evening!!!!

We will have over 25+ Vendors and Food Trucks, a Kidzone Area and of course.....Magical Snow falling all around us!!!

Santa and the Grinch will be available for photo opportunities from 4pm-6pm

Lighted Holiday Parade begins at 6:30pm.

Just a few reminders:

● Streets will begin closing around 2:30pm for Vendor Setup (both sides of Front Street)
● Market open to Public at 4pm and will close by 8pm
● Parking is located along the tracks, at the City Park and in assigned designated Parade Route areas. Please do not block the parade route, or any public streets that are open or park in private residential yards or business parking without permission. Anyone attempting to park a vehicle along 859 in the Downtown area (from the tracks, down 859 to Oak Street) will be asked to move before Parade time, so, please park in the proper areas to avoid having to move.
●You may bring chairs to set up along the parade route.
● Help us keep our City and Event clean. Please throw away any food or trash in the proper trash bins.
● The Lighted Holiday Parade is a night parade. Streets will begin to close 30 minutes before Parade time. Please keep all small children and yourselves out of the moving parade route. Our floats will have limited visibility and blindspots, to help them and keep you safe, please do not approach a moving float, each float throwing items will pause or have a walker handing items out to ensure things are safely picked up before moving on.
