🎙️ YOU KNOW THIS VOICE!

If you’ve crossed the Eau Claire Marathon finish line on Marathon Sunday, chances are Pat Toutant has welcomed you home. 🏁

On todays Running ON AIR with Eau Claire Marathon podcast, Pat shares his story - running, family, taking over the race in 2013, watching it grow, and seeing an entire community come together around it.

It’s a story about a race - but even more, it’s a story about people, community and a city we all love.

And come race day, you know where you’ll find him… at the finish line, ready to welcome you home!

🔎 WHERE’S WALDO? Oh… there he goes. 😂🏃‍♂️💨

After 26.2 miles, you’d think Waldo would be ready to take it easy.

But then he heard the cheers waiting for him down the final stretch… and WALDO TOOK OFF. 😂

One second he’s making his way toward the finish. The next, he’s RUNNING—feeding off every cheer, every clap and every person reminding him that he was almost there. 💙💛

And THAT is why we stay. That is why we cheer until the very last runner comes through.

Sometimes a little finish-line energy is all you need to find one more gear. 🏁🙌

Want to be part of this energy in 2027? Join our Back of the Pack Crew and help us make those final miles—and those final finish-line moments—ones our runners will never forget. 💙💛

Way to finish strong, Waldo! ❤️🤍
