We had the best Eatonville Arts and Music Festival ever this year, and we want to acknowledge some folks in the community, who are not part of the Lions Club but who stepped up and helped at critical times. We owe all of these people our thanks and a round of applause from the community, and our apologies in advance if we missed any one!

Nathon Smith- So many thanks. You helped out all weekend with the sound and stage management, the BBQ, a little bit of crowd control, and too many other things to mention here. We could not have done it without you. Seriously.

Eatonville Cooperative Nursery School- Thank you for letting us borrow all the parking on Fir Ave, and for letting us use the cabin!

Boy Scout Troop 604- These boys did a great job in the kitchen and the service counter, and anywhere else we needed help, and you worked really hard to carry on this great Eatonville tradition. Thank you!

John Bondo and the Town of Eatonville crew- You guys went above and beyond as always, replaced a broken water heater in the kitchen before the health department inspection and did a fantastic job with the landscaping and clean up of the park. It looked amazing!

EHS Football team- Thank you so much for helping out with tent setup, you guys rocked.

Sam Cori and TJ- Stepped in and filled an unexpected hole in the music lineup at a critical time, and totally rocked the house as well. Thank you!

Six Gun Rebels- Very graciously agreed to go up early to fill a second late-breaking hole in the music schedule, and played the best Bad Company covers we've ever heard!

Steve Moore- Steve is the bassist for Six Gun Rebels and a professional front-of-house audio engineer by trade. Steve sat with our sound guys all weekend, and helped with mixing and stage management and taught our people how to do it better next year!

Bob Hoffman and the fabulous Felix band graciously played for us for an extra hour on Saturday night, filling the musical bill with some great music, which kept us from shutting down the music an hour early! Thank you Bobby!

Dale Olden- Fixed and fabricated critical parts of the BBQ. late on the night before the festival, and right before he had to get up at 02:00am to go haul logs. Without his amazing expertise and willingness to help, we would not have had our world-famous BBQ roast beef sandwiches! Thank you so much, Dale.

Sarina Black- Joined our artist coordinator with load-in and vendor care all weekend, causing many of our artists to say that this is the smoothest running festival around! Could NOT have done it without you, Sarina. Thank you!

EHS Facilities crew- Loaned us and delivered all the chairs!

Tracy Baublits- Our resident Green Guy was missed this year, and we are hoping that you are feeling better! Looking forward to next year, Tracy! Go Hawks!

The neighbors- for tolerating folks parking everywhere, and loud music and the beer garden on Friday and Saturday night. Also, we pinky-promise not to play crowing roosters through the PA at 7am anymore. Is 7:45 better? 🙂

EFA Food Bank crew - You made the best kids activity space ever, with games and wonderful people and activities and apples. We very much appreciate your participation each year and encourage everyone to reach out and support the Eatonville Family Agency year round. Thank you!

To all of our community vendors - You bring the agencies that work to make our communities better, stronger, and more engaged. Thank you for being with us and helping to build those connections.

To our vendors - You were the best. You brought your hope and your talents and your selves to the festival and made it happen. We watched you reach out to each other to offer support and you shared care and joy with everyone. Thank you for choosing to spend your weekend with us and we hope that you will be back.

Finally, as always, our thanks to everyone who attended, exhibited, and performed, or volunteered, you are part of one of the coolest community traditions we have around here, and you helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for worthy local causes!

Thank you!

-Your Eatonville Lions Club Arts and Music Festival crew

We are taking down the large tents at Glacier View Park at 8:00am this Saturday, so if you had as much fun this year as we did, come on down and lend a hand taking the tents down. Some of the resources that usually help can't make it this year, so it's up to us to get it done, and we could sure use some help.

P.S. Thanks to each and every one of you who attended, performed, exhibited, or volunteered, you made this the best festival in many years!

You make this happen, every year.
