Our Yoga instructor, Christie Sheridan is a
Fitness instructor and coach for 40 years!
She is a National Ms. Fitness competitor and the
owner and operator of
Christie‘s Fitness for over 20 years! She provides Personal training, Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, HIIT, Step aerobics for seniors, clients with special needs
private groups, corporate groups, and seminars.
