Join Rebecca Reynolds for another workshop this year at the Journey Home.

In the Writing Workshop "Your Life in Another Dimension," participants will connect moments in their lives (important moments, minor events, memories or dreams, odd moments from yesterday and/or years ago)—with—a mystery element (TBA!) in order for the writing process to lead you and your readers somewhere unexpected.

Rebecca Reynolds is the author of three books of poetry. Her latest collection is “Otherly,” October 2025, recipient of the 42 Miles Press Book Award. She taught Creative Writing and Women’s and Gender Studies at Rutgers for 14 years. She lives with her wife on the NJ side of the Delaware River with cats, flower, weeds, and artwork by friends, family members, and others.

Join writers from the Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group (GLVWG) for this panel at the Easton Book Festival!

Sponsored by the Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group (GLVWG), Conflicts in Genres: A Panel Discussion on Sunday, 10/18 at 1 pm will feature an author moderator and four author panelists.

Each panelist will read an excerpt of a minor conflict from one of their written works.
Each work will be from a different genre, including Women's Fiction, Research Thriller, Appalachian, and Historical Fiction.

After each author's reading, the panel will discuss the characteristics of the work that are unique to the genre. After all works have been discussed, the panel will examine differences in the genres and the possibility of cross-genre writing as an effective tool. If time remains, the panel will be open to audience questions.
