Virginia's beautiful wine and hunt country was the scene for this wonderful family wedding a couple months ago.
Sugarplum provided a 50' x 100' clear structure tent on a leveled floor which ranged from 0 - 6' off the ground! The floor was covered with an elegant gray faux wood plank creating a marriage of sleek modern with country roots. Take a look! (thanks to Geoff Archer for the killer images!)

The sleek clear tent by Sugarplum with swag lighting was the perfect complement for this wedding in downtown D.C. What a great venue for the architeture to shine through-- Nestled in the courtyard amid old and new builings, the American Institute of Architecture is a truly special venue in the middle of the city.

A private horse farm in Maryland was the venue for a sumptuous gathering of family & friends the night before the wedding. The large white tent had a raised and leveled floor with custom carpet and delicious decor--in the colors of sherbet; hanging florals mingled with rattan chandeliers filled with fairy lights.
The tent was installed next to the large outdoor riding rink and guests were treated to an unusual equestrian show during the course of the evening as well as tours of the paddock area. Susan Gage Caterers provided her always-wonderful cuisine and linens; and Sophie Felts Floral Design did the wonderful flowers. Thanks to Geoff Archer of ArcherImaging for the photos!

Sugarplum was honored to tent for the 108th National Day Celebration of the Republic of China (Taiwan) this fall. The venue was the historic Twin Oaks in Washington, D.C. and the tenting included a 50' x 150' with a custom triangular "turn" in it. Check out the photos of this amazing event!

Holy Cow, Batman--our car deserves the best tent company in the Metro area! So, Sugarplum Tent Company was the first and only choice to cover this world-renowned car everyone secretly covets--The BATMOBILE!!! The tent may have been small, but the mission was HUGE! Check it out!

Guests were treated to a magical vision as they climbed the steps of this enchanted forest in suburban Virginia! Sugarplum Tent Company provided a 50' x 60' clear tent, leveled floor & lighting in this magical woodland setting. Susan Gage Caterers were on hand with their always-delectable cuisine as well as their elegant tablescapes in lovely pastels. We already miss Summer! L'Auberge Chez Francois Restaurant is a DC-area institution. Family owned since 1954 and with a fascinating history, Sugarplum is proud to be its go-to tent company. This recent wedding on the restaurant grounds in bucolic Great Falls, Va., tells the story!

What a hidden gem of a venue! This manor house hotel is located in Taneytown, MD-- east of Emmitsburg near the Pennsylvania line. Stately and elegant, our Sailcloth Tent fit in perfectly for a classic summer wedding!

These clear tents created the scene for a gala fundraiser benefiting the Academy Art Museum of Easton, Maryland. Sugarplum was fortunate to work with noted Eastern Shore planner Kari Rider Events and the area's popular caterer, Gourmet by the Bay. Sugarplum installed full lay-down flooring with beige astroturf as well as cafe bistro lighting in both clear structure tents.
The Museum is a mainstay in the Easton area--and beyond--with its ever expanding collections which help foster the cultural and artistic heritage of the region.
