ICE CineFest

ICE CineFest ICE CineFest started out as showcase for student films and filmmakers. It grew to include all genres as well as art, music, and screenplays.

We have monthly competitions as well as an annual festival in Cincinnati, Ohio. Started in 2014 by filmmaker R. Zoe Judd, the ICE Film Fest started as a way for student filmmakers to show off their films. In 2015, the festival expanded o include all filmmakers and all genres. ICE continued to grow until 2017 when the ICE (Independent Creators Expo) convention that hosted the festival folded. For t

wo years the festival became an online only festival. In 2020, when COVID19 hit the world, the festival director, R. Zoe Judd, decided to shelve the festival until it could return to in-person screenings. In 2023, with festivals returning to the theaters, Zoe decided to resurrect the ICE Film Festival.
