💥Attention All Exhibitors💥

All classes are posted on the Showman App. Here is the schedule for tomorrow.

8 AM- Showmanship Begins
North Ring- Intermediate, Beginner, and Rookie
South Ring- Senior, Junior, and Peewee

We will be selecting a Grand Overall Showman at the conclusion of both showmanship rings.

10-15 minutes after conclusion of the overall showmanship selection in the North Ring. Market Animal and Breeding Heifer show will begin.

North Ring- Market Animal Show
South Ring- Breeding Heifer Show.

If you have any questions please come to the show office first thing in the morning.

Attention exhibitors!! Check-in will be from 6-10pm in the Main Arena. If you have breed cattle, please bring registration papers along with your cattle. One chute will be for steer, and the other for heifers. During this time, you will be able to pick up exhibitor packets as well at the table.

Attention to any SALE HEIFER buyers that purchase in a MCA Breed Sale today and want to register and show them in tomorrow’s Junior show. We are at FULL capacity for stalling in the Main barn. We can stall you either in the South Barn or you can work with an existing Junior group to see if they are able to help accommodate.

The late fee is waived for these heifers and a Junior show committee member must be who registers you. Please put your entry into showman and come to the show office for payment.

General stalling is now finalized! Please find the group or exhibitor number that correlates to your stall on the map. Due to the increased number of entries, we need to stall cattle in the south barn. Exhibitors who entered earlier were given Main Barn stalling preference along with sale cattle consigners. Please review your stalling assignments on both the exhibitor list and map. Thank you for your patience as we worked through the 2026 MI Beef Expo stalling process.

REMINDER! General Stalling is allowed in the Main Barn after 6pm on Saturday, Feb 21st!

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TACK, EQUIPMENT, ANYTHING ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING UNTIL 6pm!! If violated, the committee has the right of refuse exhibition and will result in disqualification.

SOUTH BARN stalling assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis, anytime today. Exhibitors are allowed 5 ft. per head on the east side of the south barn within the dirt. If any south barn stalling is within excess, the show committee reserves the right to reassign areas provided as needed.

Attention early arrival exhibitors, please be mindful of the Michigan Beef Expo events taking place today! You will not be allowed into the pavilion until after 12pm. Please make sure to use the doors closest to the early arrival stalling area to unload.

Michigan Beef Expo Schedule, Friday February 20th:

Breed shows begin at 9:00 AM
Early junior cattle arrival begins at 12:00 PM
Supreme Drive at 3:00 PM
MCA Reception begins at 5:00 PM
Friday Night Lights Frozen Sale begins at 7:00 PM
