What a conversation A Great Conversation This Past Thursday. Thank you to all the women who attended our Women’s Healing Circle. We talked, we laughed, we shed a tear or two but most importantly we showed up for each other with conversations anchored in music that were authentic, genuine, filled with affirming words, and reflective of the need to be there for each other with love and support.

Listen Sis…don’t miss the next Healing Circle - Thursday November 5, 6-8 pm. We’ll post our next flyer soon!

Hey Sis!

Thank you for being part of our Music Is Life Women’s Healing Circles in June. Your openness, vulnerability, encouragement, and willingness to show up for yourselves—and one another—helped create something truly special.

We heard you, and we’re excited to keep the circle going.

Beginning Thursday, October 1, our Women’s Healing Circles will return on a regular cadence, giving us an opportunity to continue building a supportive community where women can come together to talk, listen, heal, connect, and simply be.

Our first gathering:
Thursday, October 1 | 6:00–8:00 PM
NEW LOCATION: LEAD
1064 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06108

Our theme is “Listen Sis: Sisters Talking to Sisters.” The circle will once again be facilitated by therapist Tacaya Bruff, LMSW and therapist Milna Rosario, LCSW will join the team in creating a supportive space for authentic conversation and connection.

And this time, bring a friend! Think of a woman in your life who could benefit from being surrounded by other women who are committed to supporting, loving, and empowering one another. Attached is a flyer that can be shared.

We are looking forward to welcoming you back into the circle and continuing what we started together in June.

Support. Love. Empower.

With love and community,
Nicole Hughey, Music Is Life Inc.
