Tap® New York is the longest-running and largest craft brew festival in New York State. We celebrate the best in craft brewing.

Now in its 27th year, the two-day event will be held at Blackthorne Resort in East Durham, NY. The festival will feature unlimited sampling from the state's finest breweries, food, local shopping, music, and the opportunity to camp for a fully enjoyable weekend!

A look in on last Friday's Brew Pairing dinner which was a huge success!

Patrons indulged in a four-course chef-curated dinner, each course expertly paired with a unique craft beer. Brewers donated brews to be used for this dinner, and we had guest speakers who elaborated on each pairing, sharing the inspiration and tasting notes behind the evening’s creations. Special thanks to our speakers, Alex from Cider Mafia () , Travis from Artisanl Brewing Ventures () , and Dan from Brewery Ommegang () !

STARTER: Leafy green salad with Eye of the Cider hard cider vinaigrette
1ST COURSE: Cheddar Sloop Pils pilsner soup
2ND COURSE OPTION - 1: Grilled Fonio A Friend blonde ale marinated lamb chops with citrus
2ND COURSE OPTION - 2: Manhattan Shine amber-braised short ribs
SIDES: K-Town Brown ale & honey-glazed Brussel sprouts; au gratin potatoes
DESSERT: Nightwalkers vanilla porter-infused chocolate souffle finished with a There & Back Again Raspberry sour coulis

What an incredible weekend 🍻

Thank you to everyone who came out to TAP® New York Craft Brew Festival and made this year unforgettable. From amazing breweries and delicious food to live music, camping, afterparties, and nonstop good vibes — the energy all weekend long was unreal.
