Clover Meadow Pond Wedding and Event Venue. Tommy's mission is to provide a beautiful, tranquil but yet affordable venue for people to make memories celebrating special occasions and life's milestones and a place to celebrate. Weddings start at $1,500 for one day or $2,000 for 2 days. That fee includes use of the picnic shed, dance floor area, tables and chairs for seating, tables for food, beverages and desserts, use of the bride and groom suites, use of the refrigerator, use of the dock and other areas of the property for the ceremony and photos, and use of the bathroom. Pricing for events other than weddings and wedding receptions is $350 for 4 hours, $500 for 6 hours or $750 for all day. If alcohol is served, there will be a $150 up charge and you will be required to purchase a special events insurance policy that includes liquor liability and the cost of that policy is around $125. These costs are in addition to the venue rental fee.
