🌟 Big News from the Dakota Center for the Arts 🌟

For 31 amazing years, the Eagan Art Festival has been a celebration of creativity, connection, and community. This legacy wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our artists, vendors, sponsors, and YOU—our community.

As we reflect on our roots and look toward the future, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause the festival in 2026. This pause will allow us to grow, strengthen our organization, and expand our impact across Dakota County.

But this isn’t goodbye! 🎨 We’re exploring smaller events, collaborations, and creative initiatives to keep the arts thriving in 2026. Have ideas or want to get involved? Let’s connect!

✨ Save the Date: The Eagan Art Festival will return June 19-20, 2027, with a renewed focus and deeper commitment to the transformative power of the arts.

Celebrate art and help create art experiences by joining our board!

Dakota Center for the Arts, organizers of the Annual Eagan Art Festival, are looking for new board members to join our team for 2026. Applications are due December 15, 2025, as we seek individuals and doers with a passion for the arts. If you have a background or interest in art, finance, non-profit, law, or business, and seek to use those skills towards a positive community impact of arts engagement, then our board is for you!

Thank you to our VOLUNTEERS! What a beautiful day for our tie dye event with the help from Advent UMC Eagan community and volunteers 🙏 as one of many fun events during the Eagan Art Block Eagan Art House City of Eagan, Minnesota - Government

Dakota Center for the Arts has been busy since the summer festival making these events and the magic happen, all thanks to an enormous effort from our volunteer board of directors and the help from our community, family, & friends. Bring your own t-shirt or bandana (limit 1 item per person) to Tie Dye for free OR purchase a 100% cotton bandana on-site for $3. If you bring your own t-shirt or bandana, we recommend 100% cotton, as they hold dye the best for this process.
