AADE Kwanzaa Fest

AADE Kwanzaa Fest Kwanzaa is a celebration for ALL people, focusing on family, friends, and the fruits of the earth.
(1)

Celebrating the holiday season and Durham's diversity, AADE’s annual Kwanzaa celebration is a time to enjoy family, community, and culture. Kwanzaa itself is a seven-day African holiday that celebrates a different principle each day. AADE’s event takes place on the seventh day of Kwanzaa, which is dedicated to Imani, or faith. There will be food, dancing, face painting, drum and dance classes, a marketplace, and drumming performances.

If you're from Durham, you should know some of these people... and if you don't, find out. Research the African American Dance Ensemble. Hometown Proud!
